Hi, my name is Garry Wilcox and I’ve been a professional photographer for 14 years. I’m passionate about teaching people how to use their camera to capture great moments. I’ve put together a series of courses designed especially for beginners, at beautiful locations around Perth. Spend a few hours with me and learn the skills to capture a lifetime of beautiful moments.

Today’s DLSR cameras provide endless creative opportunities, but only if you know how to use them.Suitable for absolute beginners, with a DSLR we will get off automatic mode and learn the most important buttons and functions on your camera. F stops, ISO and shutter speeds will be explained in simple English without the technical jargon. The class rotates between teaching and doing. Examples and demonstrations are put into practise as we photograph a beautiful part of Perth.By the end of the class you will be competent in using your camera in the various shooting modes.
