Massage for Women. (Cert IV Massage, BSc, DipMid). Helen Creelman (Massage Therapist) Member AAMT. My desire is for NouriShe to be an affordable and effective therapy, creating positive change and restoring a much needed balance to the busy lives of women. Research has shown that regular massage can help to control anxiety and stress, enhance mood, increase alertness and improve body perception and self-esteem. I use a combination of relaxation, deep tissue and stretching techniques to relieve muscular tension, restore normal muscle movement and improve circulation. My background in women's health, has motivated me to use massage as a means of nurturing, coupled with my own positive experience of massage, encouraging and strengthening women on their journey to optimal health and well-being. The name NouriShe (pronounced nuh-reesh) was inspired by the nurturing, encouraging and strengthening qualities of the word 'Nourish' and a feminine focus 'She.'. (more).
